One more of Rylie
Not sure how I missed this photo when I was going through and editing some of the other ones that we took from this day. She is so photogenic and such a natural beauty! I just love this picture!

Landon turns 10!
Aug. 1, 2010...by boogie bear turns 10!
When I asked him where he wanted to go for lunch...this is where he picked. We don't have a Sonic close to our house back home, so this was a real treat. He got a hotdog, mozzarella sticks and a cherry slushie. Nothing like some good, healthy eating!!! ha!
The card that my parents got him. If you know Landon, you know that he loves pickles. He talks about pickles (and pie) all of the time. In first grade I remember this little girl in his class say to me, "Landon is so funny! He talks about pickles a lot!" He thought it was neat that Granny and Papa found a pickle card.
My mom gave me their gift to bring to Alabama with us so that he could open it on his actual birthday. He was so excited when he saw that they got him an ipod/radio/charger. He's been wanting one so bad!
This skater hat is also something that he's been asking for. That, and skinny jeans. I, personally, don't like these hats with the flat rim, but it's what a lot of boys are wearing. I guess I didn't ask if my parents liked my MCHammer pants or my 80's style boofy hair, right? He does look pretty cute in it! Huh? He also got a new skateboard, new shoes (Etnie's), 2 video games and some clothes. Nathan took him and two friends (Michael and Haleigh) to play paintball before we left for Alabama. That was his party. They had a blast!
Everytime we'd go to Sam's Club about a month before his birthday, Landon would look at the cakes and cupcakes to tell me what he wanted for his birthday dessert. He saw some of these and said how good they looked. I found these at Publix close to Nathan's apartment and decided to get them for his birthday. The frosting on top made them so rich that they were almosts disgusting. He only took one bite and couldn't eat anymore. We ended up throwing the rest away. Oh well!
Make a wish, buddy! You're an awesome kid and I hope all of your wishes come true! We are so proud of you!
