Owen insisted on giving me my Mother's Day gifts early. He is so precious! His teacher, Ms. Sarah, had the kid's do a fill-in-the-blanks page. His answers were hillarious! Apparently I am 14 years old, he thinks I look pretty when I wear my hair in a pony tail, I can make some pretty amazing Papa Toast (cinnamon/sugar toast, we call it "papa toast" because my dad is the one who introduced the kid's to it and the nickname just kind of created itself). Also, I apparently don't do anything that makes him laugh...only Landon does, and he knows I love him b/c I like him. I sure do!!! He drew a photo of me (on the right) giving him (on the left) a batman toy (the image in the center) at the batman party he wants for his birthday. I also got a flower and a plate that he drew on. He said the picture is of him and Landon playing video games. Landon has a gift for me as well, but I asked him if I could wait until Mother's Day to open it so that I'd actually have something to open. I love the gifts my kid's give me on Mother's Day! I am so blessed!

Oh how precious! I have to say you look mighty fine in that drawing.. I absolutely love those plates. I wish I had them from all the years past from all my kids.
